haha well nino had a crush on marinette but then marinette accidentally set him up with alya -- all while alya and adrien were wingmanning their bffs with the loves of their lives
good thing it got resolved quickly, a polygon can only be so big lol
edit - sorry, alya was wingmanning marinette with adrien, NOT the love of her life. see how confused I am already?

A part of me hopes that they won't reveal their identities in the end of the season, especially because there would be two more. But then again, they might because it was only recently announced that seasons 2 and 3 would be produced.
Plus, it would be fun to watch them develop a friendship and Adrien crushing on Marinette be confirmed. Imagine everyone in class just waiting for them to get together and getting frustrated when they both shy away from confessing. XDDD

I've thought about it too. It would be nice though if it's stated blatantly and if their relationship as friends and potential romantic partners is developed more before they end up together. That's just me, though. I prefer a nice build-up rather than a sudden relationship or a ship that could have more moments before becoming officially canon.
